This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and CreateX.space (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the VocaLoca iOS application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Createx.space and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any intellectual property contained in the App without our prior written consent.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://createx.space/vocaloca-app-privacy-policy/
. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the App, the terms and conditions of that subscription, including billing, renewal, and cancellation policies, are governed by our Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://createx.space/auto-renewing-subscription-terms-and-conditions-vocaloca-app/
6. Termination
We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CreateX.space be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
