Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms and Conditions – VocaLoca App
1. Subscription Details:
- Title of Subscription: Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro
- Length of Subscription:
- Monthly Pro: 1 month
- Yearly Pro: 12 months
- Price of Subscription: (in USD)
- Monthly Pro: $1.99 per month
- Yearly Pro: $12.99 per year
2. Auto-Renewal:
- Your Monthly Pro or Yearly Pro subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge will be made within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
3. Cancellation:
- You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your Apple ID account.
- Once a subscription has started, cancellation will go into effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Free Trial:
- The Monthly Pro subscription may include a free trial period. Once the trial period ends, the regular subscription charges will apply.
5. Payment:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If a price change occurs, users may be notified beforehand.
7. Refunds:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Unused portions of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
8. Agreement to Terms:
- By subscribing to Monthly Pro or Yearly Pro, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
